    Holding an MBA from Georgetown University and an Economics degree from the University of Campinas, Reiss has 25 years of experience as an executive at RBS, Patria Investments, GP Investments and took part in building four companies in the last 12 years (Ersa, Geo, BR Towers and Geru). Reiss is also the president of the Brazilian Digital Credit Association (ABCD), a non-profit influencing public policy, oversight and regulation of the industry.

    He has a degree in Production Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Business from New York University. Bastos was a financial analyst at Ideiasnet and a partner at Ipanema Ventures. In New York, he worked at Valor Capital Group and HSBC. In Chicago, he worked with M&A and FP&A at the fintech Enova, participating in its IPO, and was in charge of cash flow at Kraft Heinz.

With several specializations from IBM, Asterium has over 20 years of professional experience in the field, including stints at CPA Software & Consulting, ThinkBRQ It Services Inc and Ebix Inc.

    He holds a BA and master's degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco and a doctorate in Economics from the Graduate School of Economics at the Fundação Getúlio Vergas. Lins has over 20 years of experience in mathematical modeling and risk management, with stints at IRB Brasil RE and Itaú-Unibanco. He is also a professor in the master's program at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro.

Ono was chief technology officer at Bayes Forecast, a European data science company where he led projects in several countries.
