Measures the number of complaints about Pix made by customers to the Central Bank. The "A" grade indicates an extremely low volume of complaints, which proves the high quality of service and the satisfaction of our customers.

Timeout Index

Measures the percentage of Pix transactions that were not completed due to exceeded processing time. The "A" grade means our operations are extremely fast and stable, with a negligible rate of failures due to slowness.

Service Availability Target Met

Evaluates whether the institution's Pix service was available to customers for the minimum time required by the Central Bank (generally 99.9% of the time). The result confirms our platform is robust and always available when you need it.

The acronym stands for "Rejected Refund Ratio" within the Special Refund Mechanism (MED) of Pix. The "A" grade demonstrates our maximum efficiency and compliance in the analysis and processing of refund requests, such as fraud cases.

Consolidated grade that the Central Bank assigns monthly to the institution, taking into account all quality indicators. The "A" grade is the maximum rating and summarizes the overall excellence of our Pix operation.
